How to activate and install the new Google phone in your phone to chat and communicate without the Internet

About two months ago, Google announced the launch of a new instant messaging service based on the RCS, which wants to compete with existing platforms in the market, such as Watsab or instagram, which is used by billions of users around the world.

Perhaps for this reason, Google said a few weeks ago that it will release RCS messages to all Android users whose phones will support the implementation of Google's messages in France and the UK, and that telecom companies in all other countries should activate this option for their users. 
This is still not very clear, but in Spain where I live, RCS messages can already be used without a problem, at least with the company I use personally, even though Google Apps is ready to use this technology. 
How to activate RCS messages? 
- Download the Google Messaging app on your device from the following link . 
- Open the app and press the three dots in the top left. 
- Then go to "Settings" and then to "Chat Settings". 
- You just need to activate chat option, so you can use RCS messages. 

For users of your friends who you want to chat with online via RCS messages, they will also need to activate this feature, otherwise you will not be able to take advantage of it.
